Beth ProppBeth Propp, RN

AGEucate Training Institute Certified Master Trainer, Green Bay, WI

Beth is a compassionate healthcare professional with decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, caregiver, patient advocate, educator and trainer.

Beth is excited to be a Master Trainer with AGEucate Training Institute. Through Dementia Live, Compassionate Touch, Ignite, and the Flashback programs, she has an opportunity to educate many stakeholders in the community about Alzheimer's Disease and the ways to support those caring for and living with dementia. She especially enjoys seeing what others have learned and then do with that training.

Early in her career, Beth found her passion working with elderly populations and their caregivers in an effort to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care. Her understanding of dementia, along with the use of compassionate touch, became central to this process - making her a more sensitive care partner, boosting her ability to create connections and moments of clarity for the patients she serves.

Beth lives in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area with her husband where she has her own business in Training & Advocacy. In her off time, you may find her driving a ski boat for barefoot or slalom water-skiers, playing cards or board games, or creating a new quilt.

Director of Operations, Australia
Certified Ageless Grace Educator and Trainer

Sue started her career as a teacher in Wales and has spent many years working with adults, training and supporting them as they introduced new technology into the workplace. She has extensive experience in developing work-based training programs in new technologies.

In 2011 Sue took her first Nia class and that changed her life! As she took further courses in Nia she heard about Ageless Grace® and decided to take that on, becoming the first person in Australia to share the program with seniors and elders.

Since then Sue works in various aged care and respite facilities, including high care and with non-English speaking groups. While working with groups like these has given Sue the opportunity to use her skills to train and support other educators in Australia.

Sue’s relatively recent work has encouraged her to work more closely with the elders and seniors in the community and propels her to give them understanding, love, a listening ear and support as they approach end-of-life.
