Program Benefits

  • Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI): Document compliance with training and outcome measurement.
  • Self-paced training. Our programs combine online and onsite training that respects the demands on staff time.
  • Encourage Culture Change: Equip your staff with effective and experiential training that transforms their attitudes and actions of care.
  • Promote Quality of Life: Our programs are shown to improve the wellbeing of elders in nursing communities.
  • Staff development: Engage your employees in training that grows skills and expands knowledge, personally and professionally.

How It Works

Step One
Select your program and identify the employees who will serve as your in-house coaches (typically up to three people).
Step Two
Coaches complete online training and equip themselves to educate and train the care team. Onsite training for employees is provided by an AGE-u-cate Certified Master Trainer.
Step Three
AGE-u-cate provides guided implementation and support for coaches. Implementation and outcome feedback is provided to AGE-u-cate by participating communities.
Project Conclusion:

Earn the designation as a certified community in your respective program.
