Including families as part of the care team will lead to improved quality of life and quality of care for residents in your community.

In this one-hour, device friendly training the learner will:

  • Gain a deeper level of understanding and empathy for family members as it relates to their loved one
  • Identify ways to help visitors feel welcome, engaged and confident in the care they are receiving in your community
  • Receive valuable tips to better communicate and deal with challenging situations
